Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to food-grade products including oil, ghee, salt, masala, cooking powder, and seeds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with labels intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.

3. Proof Requirement

  • Clear images or videos of the product and packaging must be provided as proof for any claim.
  • Without valid proof, return or refund requests may be declined.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the return request is verified and approved, a refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method or an agreed alternative.

5. Replacement Option

  • In eligible cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, based on availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, return shipping costs will be covered.
  • For all other cases, return shipping (if accepted) may be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
