Return & Refunds

Customer is responsible for all return charges as our products are homemade and we don’t keep much margin on them. Please inform us in advance by e-mail [email protected]. Please send us your order number, product name and reason for the return.

A full refund will be issued once the item is received by us and deemed to be in perfect and unused condition. We will refund the price paid to the same account from which payment was made.

When shipping goods for return, you must obtain a proof of postage receipt from the transport company. You must keep this receipt to prove you have posted it in the unlikely event that your parcel gets lost in the post.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
